I’ve just returned from my third trip to Scarborough in as many weeks, this time to do a talk about my work and experience to the good towns folk. afterward i had a quick wander onto the sea front on a surprisingly mild evening and indulged in fresh donuts and coffee while cobbing a few coppers into the arcade machines. The Scarborough exhibition runs till the end of March at the Scarborough art gallery.

I’m now putting the finishing touches to a set of paintings destined for Newcastle’s Biscuit Factory which runs from March 12th till June 10th. these paintings are little vignettes of working class life and i’m hoping the good people of toon will appreciate my simple observations.

There’s also a very exciting development at the gallery with the purchase of a shiny new printer, so we can now offer a same day service for McKee art prints.
